TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING 

All orders are processed and shipped within 10-12  business days from your order date. We ship Monday–Friday. Shipping days do not include the weekend unless previous arrangements have been made. If you have an urgent order, please contact us to ensure your order ships by the date you need. We also have EXPRESS DELIVERY and CUSTOM orders, CONTACT US if you need to make a custom order.

We currently ship using USPS Mail worldwide and FedEx for Europe and England with special care to the needs of our clients. Delivery methods may vary depending on the quantity of the products ordered and are listed on the product profile. NOTE: taxes and customs fees may be applied at the delivery time; the buyer is responsible for these charges. 

RETURNS

We take the utmost care to each product created and sold by Emma's Attic. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are happy to accept your unused return within 10 days of purchase. Once the product is received in its original condition, store credit will be issued for the amount of the purchased product. Items returned that are used or not in their original condition will be subject to a re-stocking fee. Please use trackable shipping with your return. 

We don't accept exchanges, but if you have any problems with your order please contact us. 

Please note, that custom orders or personalized orders cant be returned.
